If you’ve hit a plateau and want answers yesterday then the fastest way to get the clarity you need is to book a call. This isn’t a sales call, I will break down your current gameplan and give you the answers you need right there on the spot. Then you can decide what you want to do from there.

On these calls I typically provide:

  • Specific no bs feedback on your current training, nutrition, and recovery setup
  • Guidance on programming adjustments or mindset adjustments that will unlock the gains you’ve been looking for
  • Review blood work and health markers with personalised guidance on PED, peptide and supplements protocols as needed

You will come away with a clear strategy for your next phase of your training.

  • Depending on your needs I even include detailed supplement recommendations and PED/peptide guidance

To get started I require you to fill out a detailed questionnaire because this isn’t something generated on Chat GPT. It’s a practical game plan built on my 20 years of experience. 

You still have to do the work but I can make sure that the work you’re doing is geared towards achieving your goals faster than you might think.

As you grow I would advise getting back in touch periodically so I can provide feedback and ongoing adjustments that will keep you on track.
