Having Crohn’s disease myself, I know how big of a challenge this can be for your fitness goals. Because gut issues can be a sensitive topic and are deeply personal I want to encourage you to book a call with me before committing to online coaching. 

On a call we can go over any topic you choose but I normally like to share my personal journey with Crohn’s disease. That way you can feel comfortable going through your own gut issues plus we can go over the strategies I personally use to work with my body and still hit my fitness goals.
